Huntingdon Area Money Advice is a fully registered regulated charity authorised to provide debt advice to the general public.

Our parent organisation, Community Money Advice (www.communitymoneyadvice.com) provides support, advice, training, supervision and oversight to ensure we maintain the highest possible level of service.

We are fully authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and make annual submissions.

We are registered with and regulated by the Information Commissioner’s Office and are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations (GPDR) 2018.

All our advisers are trained, experienced and take part in regular educational meetings to ensure they are up to date in the latest developments and regulations.

Our policies cover all aspects of care for individuals to comply with all regulations and legal requirements. As a Christian organisation we are guided not only to fully comply with legal requirements but believe everyone is created in the image of God and that everyone should have the right to be treated with respect and dignity.
